Terms
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes (within 24 hours of appointment) will incur a fee of $50.
Pre-Photo Shoot Preparation Policy: 1. Clients are required to have the property ready for photography upon the photographer's arrival. For detailed preparation tips and checklist, please refer to our Pre-shoot checklist. 2. Clients are responsible for staging the property, including arranging furniture, removing clutter, and addressing any area that will be photographed. 3. The photographer will not engage in moving or rearranging furniture or any other items within the property.
Failure to Comply: Clients who fail to prepare the property may experience delays or rescheduling, and may be subject to additional fees to compensate for the photographer's time.
