Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes (within 24 hours of appointment) will incur a fee of $50.
Pre-Photo Shoot Preparation Policy:1. Clients are required to have the property ready for photography upon the photographer's arrival. For detailed preparation tips and checklist, please refer to our
Pre-shoot checklist.
2. Clients are responsible for staging the property, including arranging furniture, removing clutter, and addressing any area that will be photographed.
3. The photographer will not engage in moving or rearranging furniture or any other items within the property.
Floor Plan Policy:1. The floor plan is provided as a free bonus and is not guaranteed. If, for any reason, we are unable to produce or deliver the floorplan, we are under no obligation to provide it.
2. Floorplans require up to 48 hours to process after the photo shoot.
3. Floorplans are for illustrative purposes only and may not be 100% accurate, we do not make corrections for missing areas, inaccurate measurements, or any other errors.
Drone Photography Policy:1. Drone photography will not be conducted if the property is located within a no-fly zone.
2. Drone photography will not be conducted if weather conditions, such as high winds or rain, prevent safe flying.
